Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans may change. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before booking.


Shared Activities & Experiences

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
  • Late arrival may result in shortened experience or missed departure and is non-refundable.

Charter & Private Tours

  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
  • Once a charter tour has started, no refunds will be issued for unused time or services.

Tour Guide Services

  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
  • This applies to private guides, hired guides, and special language guides.

Entrance Tickets & Site Fees

  • Entrance tickets, site fees, permits, and third-party tickets are non-refundable once issued, regardless of cancellation time.
  • If a booking is cancelled and entrance tickets have already been purchased, the ticket cost will be deducted from the refund.

Weather & Operational Conditions

  • If an activity is cancelled by us due to weather, safety, or operational reasons, guests will be offered:
    • A full refund (excluding non-refundable entrance tickets, if already issued), or
    • A rescheduled date, subject to availability.

Partial Participation

  • No refunds will be issued for partial participation, early departure, or unused services once the activity has begun.

Important Notes

  • Cancellation deadlines are calculated based on local time at the activity location.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.
